Rang him a week before I moved house, arranged for him to come round THE DAY BEFORE I MOVED to lift my carpets and then the following day he would fit them in my new house, although he DIDN'T SHOW UP and not a call to say he wasn't coming, so I've had to leave £1,000 worth of carpets in my old house and there's no carpets at my new place so having to fork out for a new set of carpets. I didn't want to lift the carpets myself in case I knackered them but this guy assured me he'd be there. Appreciate things come up but to not even ring to tell me is just lazy and unprofessional #tosser #wasteoftime
