As a freelance web developer there's only so much I can provide to clients in terms of server knowledge, anything else is backed up by first class support and knowledge from Marley, Chris and the rest of the team.
In comparison, I've also had dealings with numerous other UK based hosting providers but always found the service and knowledge provided by Chris to be unrivalled, nothing is too much trouble and there's always a 'can do' attitude with any support tickets or sales queries I submit.
